摘要
[目的]评估DDT降解菌株D3的生物安全性.[方法]以两种毒理学方法(急性毒性试验和亚慢性毒性试验)评估DDT降解菌株D3对哺乳动物的安全性.[结果]急性毒性试验中,大鼠未出现明显中毒症状和死亡情况,且DDT降解菌株D3对大鼠的口服半数致死量(median lethal dose,LD50)超过5000 mg/kg(6. 3×1011CFU/kg);亚慢性毒性试验中,试验各组与空白对照组在相关指标对比中无明显差异.[结论]DDT降解菌株D3对哺乳动物安全无毒副作用,可以作为治理DDT污染土壤的修复剂推广应用.
        This study is aimed to evaluate of the biosafety of DDT degrading bacteria D3. Two toxicological methods(acute toxicity test and subchronic toxicity test) were used to evaluate the safety of DDT degrading strain D3 in mammals. Results showed that there were no significant signs of toxicity and mortality in acute toxicity study,and the oral LD50 of DDT degrading bacteria D3 was more than 5000 mg/kg(6. 3 × 1011 CFU/kg). In the subchronic toxicity test,there was no significant difference between the test groups and the blank control group in the correlation indexes. It is concluded that DDT degrading bacteria D3 has no toxic and side effects to mammals and can be used as a remediation agent for DDT contaminated soil.
