摘要
黄芪成分较为复杂,且各成分间相互作用后如何影响心血管系统的研究较少;在众多补气药材中黄芪被称为"补气圣药",与其他补气药在药理作用方面必然存在着共性及区别,需要更多的对比研究来诠释黄芪"补气之长"的理论。随着现代药物提取工艺和科学技术的飞速发展,还可以在细胞学、分子学等领域开展相关研究,使黄芪及其有效成分提取物在心血管系统中的药理学作用机制更加明确,以指导临床应用和新药研发。
        The application of Huangqi( Radix Astragali) has a long history. Experimental studies have found that Huangqi has protective effects on ischemic myocardial cells,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and myocardial injury caused by virus infection. It also promotes the regeneration of damaged myocardium,and has definite cardiac strengthening,inhibiting ventricular remodeling,regulating blood pressure and regulating blood viscosity. Although there have been a lot of experiments on the analysis of Huangqi and great progress has been made in exploring the mechanism of its chemical constituents,the components of Huangqi are relatively complex,and there are few studies on how to influence the cardiovascular system after the interaction between the components. Huangqi is called"the sacred tonifying medicine"in many medicines for invigorating qi. There must be similarities and differences in pharmacological action between Huangqi and other drugs for invigorating qi. Morecomparative studies are needed to explain the theory of"invigorating qi"of Huangqi. In addition,with the rapid development of modern drug extraction technology and science and technology,related research can also be carried out in the fields of cytology and molecular science.
