摘要
采用宏观检验、微观扫描、化学成分、硬度、金相检验和能谱分析等方法对铸造铝硅合金滑轨小车断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,铝合金滑轨小车由于内部存在较多共晶体和显微狭缝组织,增加了压铸铝合金脆性,降低了材料承载强度,导致铝合金滑轨小车零件在承受外力载荷作用下,过早产生脆性断裂。
The causes of fracture of cast aluminumsilicon alloy railcars were analyzed by macroscopic inspection microscopic scanning,chemical composition,hardness metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the aluminum alloy rail car has more eutectic and micro-slit structure inside,which increases the brittleness of the die-casting aluminum alloy and reduces the bearing strength of the material,resulting in the aluminum alloy rail car parts under the external load.Brittle fracture occurs early.
