摘要
机械硬盘相对于固态硬盘而言,具有容量大、存储速度快,使用寿命长,功耗低,重量轻等优点,广泛的应用在各类型的军工电子产品领域,因军用电子设备通常所处的环境相当苛刻,必须严格遵循相关国军标规定的振动、冲击等环境试验要求。本文针对机械硬盘防震抗摔性能较差的实际情况,分析了弹簧减振器减震原理,并应用在某款便携式服务器产品上,有效解决了机械硬盘在经历振动、冲击等环境试验之后出现无法读取数据等问题。本文提供的方法对于提高服务器产品中机械硬盘的可靠性具有一定工程参考价值。
        Relative to the SSD for mechanical hard disk, with large capacity, fast storage, long service life, low power consumption, light weight, etc., widely used in various types of military electronic products, military electronic equipment usually in a very harsh environment, must strictly follow the relevant military standards of vibration, shock and other environmental testing requirements. In this paper, based on the actual situation of mechanical hard disk anti-shock and drop performance, this paper analyzes the principle of shock absorber of spring shock absorber and applies it to a portable server product, which can effectively solve the problem that mechanical hard disk can not be experienced after vibration and shock. Read data and other issues. The method provided in this paper has certain engineering reference value for improving the reliability of mechanical hard disk in server products.
