高校防范学术不端行为的政策分析

摘要
高校是防范学术不端行为的重要阵地之一。分析高校防范学术不端行为政策的运行机理,在政策制定、执行、评价和反馈的动态实施过程中,权威、激励、象征与劝诫和能力建设等政策工具发挥着作用,引导高校教师和学生预防和避免学术不端行为,从而规范高校学术活动,创建一个良好和谐的学术环境。
Colleges and universities are important places to guard against academic misconduct. Through the analysis of operation mechanism in universities and colleges to prevent academic misconduct, the thesis points that authority, motivation, symbol and exhort, capacity building, and other policy tools play their respective roles in the dynamic implementation, including policy formulation, implementation, evaluation and feedback. The roles can guide university teachers and students to prevent and avoid academic misconduct, to standardize the academic activities,and to create a good and harmonious academic environment.
