摘要
热电阻是科研、工业生产中最常用的测温元件,尽管结构简单,使用中仍然会产生较大测量误差.对铂电阻式温度变送器测温精度进行分析,掌握误差产生的原因,通过数学建模对测量不确定度进行估算,从而准确把握引起测温误差的主要因素.同时对热电阻测温元件特性的分析,采取相应的措施,来避免和减小一些误差,这对提高热电阻变送器测温精度,保证生产质量,延长使用寿命有一定的帮助.
        Thermal resistance is the most commonly used measurement element in scientific research and industrial production.Although the structure is simple, large measurement errors will still occur during use. This paper analyzes the temperature measurement accuracy of platinum electric resistance temperature converter, grasps the reasons for the error, and estimates the uncertainty of measurement through mathematical modeling, so as to accurately grasp the main factors that cause the temperature measurement error. At the same time, according to the analysis of the characteristics of the thermoresistor sensor, corresponding measures are taken to avoid and reduce some errors. This will help to improve the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermoelectric damper, ensure the production quality, and extend the service life.
