摘要
服务型制造网络(SMN)节点质量行为随其能力差异及质量需求的变化而变化,对最终服务质量具有关键影响。文章从SMN的生产性服务模块、服务性生产模块及顾客效用服务模块三个质量代理维度,提出基于熵权法与置信度加权集成的多维质量功能展开模型(MQFD),构建服务能力需求与各质量代理维度的关联性。通过案例应用,对比传统QFD方法和MQFD方法的SMN节点质量行为关键性度量结果,发现基于MQFD方法的结果能更好地区分质量行为参数优先级,为SMN各模块质量行为决策提供依据。
        In the service manufacturing network(SMN),the quality behavior of the nodes varies with their capability differences and quality requirements,and has a crucial impact on the final quality of service.From the three quality agency dimensions of SMN's productive service module,service production module and customer utility service module,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional quality function deployment model(MQFD) based on entropy weight method and confidence weighted integration to construct the correlation between service capability requirements and quality agent dimensions.Through case application and the comparison of the key measurement results of SMN node quality behavior of traditional QFD method and MQFD method,the paper makes a discovery that the results based on MQFD method can better distinguish the priority of quality behavior parameters and provide a basis for the quality behavior decision of each SMN module.
