摘要
MYC转录因子是bHLH家族中的重要成员,近几年研究表明MYC2转录因子是以茉莉酸为核心的激素调控网络中的关键组分,参与调控大量植物发育过程与多种抗逆过程,例如:花青素、酚酸等次生代谢产物合成;氧化、虫害等胁迫响应;植物器官发育调控;激素互作过程,包括茉莉酸-水杨酸、茉莉酸-乙烯、茉莉酸-脱落酸等。本文对MYC2转录因子的结构、与激素的互作关系以及在植物器官发育中的调控功能的最新研究进展进行了简要综述。
        MYC transcription factor is an important member of bHLH family. In recent years, studies have shown that MYC2 transcription factor is a key component of the hormone regulatory network which takes jasmonic acid(JA) as core and is involved in the regulation of a large number of plant development processes and a variety of anti-stress processes, for example: the synthesis of secondary metabolites like anthocyanin and phenolic acid; stress response like oxidation and insect pests; the development of six major organs of plants; the hormone interaction processes, including JA-salicylic acid, JA-ethylene, JA-abscisic acid, etc. In this paper, the latest research progress of the structure of MYC2 transcription factor together with its interaction with hormones and its regulatory function in plant organ development are reviewed.
