“一带一路”视域下福建省外语教育政策与规划研究

摘要
当前福建省外语教育主要以英语为主,兼顾日语、法语、德语、俄语等语种建设,而小语种建设则基本缺失,无法满足"一带一路"日益增长的外语人才需求。福建省应该按照培养国际化外语人才、关键语言为主体的多元语言政策、通用外语人才与专业外语人才相结合和服务地方发展的原则进行规划。福建省应当成立"一带一路"外语教育政策与规划领导小组,以跨文化教育为主推动多元外语教育,以关键语言为主体补齐小语种教育并开展卓越涉外复合型人才培养,以多种路径落实外语教育规划。
        Currently foreign language education in Fujian Province China focuses on English,meanwhile,similar consideration is given to Japanese,French,German,Russian,etc.,while little concern is shown to the minority languages. This can not meet the increasing demand of foreign language talents under the circumstances of "The Belt and Road". Planning needs to be made in Fujian Province China according to the principles of internationalized foreign language talents,multilingual policy with the key language as the main,combination of general talents and professional talents in foreign languages,and principles in serving local development,foreign language education policy and planning leading group should be built in Fujian province to promote the multilingual education mainly in crosscultural communication,to supplement the minority languages education with the key language as the main,and to cultivate outstanding foreign compound talents,etc.,which benefits the implementation of foreign language education planning.
