基于健康扶贫视域下农村居民心理健康服务体系的构建探析

摘要
文章以健康扶贫政策为视角,阐述了构建农村居民心理健康服务体系的重要意义,认为在当前实施健康扶贫工作时,农村居民存在着贪婪心理和依赖情绪、猜忌心理和不满情绪、冷漠心理和孤独情绪、认命心理和怨恨情绪等诸多心理健康问题。针对问题的成因,提出必须重视和抓好心理健康服务制度、标准、设施、人才队伍建设,抓紧构建政府做主导、社会齐参与、居民为基础的三维服务体系。
From the perspective of poverty alleviation policies in health care, this paper expounds the significance of constructing a mental health service system for rural residents, and holds that at present rural residents have many mental health problems, including greed and dependence, suspicion and discontent, apathy and loneliness, resignation and resentment. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward that we need to attach importance to and implement the construction of mental health service system, standards, facilities and talent team, and set up a three-dimensional service system as soon as possible with government playing a leading role, general social participation and residents as basic target population.
