摘要
银泰资源板庙子金英金矿积极对矿山安全管理模式进行探索和实践,通过强化"人、环境和设备安全三要素"的安全管理,严控生产风险;引进科学的事故分析方法,从已发生的小微事故中吸取经验,找到解决措施,避免事故再次发生或扩大;不断改进生产工艺技术等手段,来消除潜在的安全风险,提高矿山安全管理水平。金英金矿在安全管理及实践中的探索取得了良好的应用效果,近4年误工事故为零,成为同行业安全管理中的翘楚。
BMZ Jinying gold mine of Yintai Resources has been actively exploring for mine safety management.By strengthening the safety management of human,environment and equipment and bringing in advanced incident analysis method,the incident re-occurrence rate is dramatically lowered and experience of problem solving is gained.Moreover,the production technology is continuously improved and applied to fulfill the requirements of safety production management.As a result,the safety management practice proves to be very effective and BMZ maintains zero lost time incident for 4 years which is outstanding in the mining industry.
