乡村振兴背景下农产品流通效率评价及影响因素分析——以三峡库区为例

摘要
针对农产品流通问题,以三峡库区作为研究对象,选取2007—2016年相关数据,采用因子分析方法,从流通规模、流通速度、流通效益三个层面构建农产品流通效率评价体系;在此基础上,使用Pearson相关分析法,从流通环境、流通市场、流通主体和流通条件四个维度选取指标与效率值逐一进行相关分析,得出影响最大的因素。研究发现:近10年三峡库区农产品流通效率经历了波动起伏和平稳增长两个阶段;居民消费水平、流通基础设施建设、市场运行效率和流通组织程度对于农产品流通效率的影响极大。据此提出加强农业基础设施建设、提高农产品流通组织化程度及提升市场交易运行效率等具体对策建议。
Aiming at studying the circulation of agricultural products in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,and using 2007-2016 data,this paper constructs with factor analysis method an evaluation system of agricultural product circulation efficiency with three aspects of circulation included:scale,speed and benefit.Based on the evaluation system,and using Pearson correlation analysis method,it makes correlation analysis of the indicators and efficiency values selected from four dimensions of circulation—environment,market,main body and condition,and gets the factors that have the greatest impact.The study shows the following findings:the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area has experienced two stages of fluctuation and steady growth in the past decade;residents' consumption level,circulation infrastructure construction,market operation efficiency and systematism degree of circulation have great influence on the circulation efficiency.Based on these findings,the paper gives the following countermeasures and suggestions:to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,and improve the systematism degree and market transaction efficiency.
