阳江市2010—2015年吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测结果

摘要
目的了解阳江市吸毒人群的行为特征和艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况,为预防和控制艾滋病提供科学依据。方法收集阳江市2010—2015年2个国家级吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测数据进行统计分析。结果吸毒人群以男性、低文化水平为主,平均年龄(36.98±7.45)岁,超过一半已婚或有固定性伴。艾滋病相关知识知晓率为92.27%,呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05)。88.02%吸毒者使用过海洛因,传统毒品所占比例为78.56%,呈下降趋势(P<0.05);新型毒品所占比例为11.67%,呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。吸毒人群共用注射器比例为35.01%,呈下降趋势(P<0.05);最近一个月共用注射器比例为10.61%,亦呈现下降趋势(P<0.05)。最近1年有商业性行为的比例为26.06%,最近1年商业性行为坚持使用安全套比例为67.04%,安全套使用比例呈现逐年上升趋势(P<0.05)。HIV抗体阳性率为6.75%,呈现下降趋势(P<0.05);HCV阳性率为70.97%,呈现上升趋势(P<0.05);梅毒阳性率为2.72%,呈现下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论2010—2015年阳江市吸毒人群HIV阳性率呈现下降趋势,丙肝阳性检出率高,需继续加强针对吸毒人群的防控工作。
Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics and HIV infection status among drug addicts inYangjiang City, so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods The data of 2 national sentinel surveillance sites of HIV/AIDS among drug users were collected and statistically analyzed in Yangjiang Cityfrom 2010 to 2015. Results The majority of drug addicts were males and people with low educational levels, the average agewas(36.98±7.45) years, and more than half of the people were married or they had a fixed partner.The AIDS-related knowledgeawareness rate was 92.27%, presenting a rising trend year by year(P<0.05).Totally 88.02% of the drug users used heroin. Theproportion of traditional drugs was 78.56%, showing a downward trend(P<0.05).The proportion of new drugs was 11.67%,showing an upward trend(P<0.05). The proportion of sharing syringes among the drug users was 35.01%, showing a downwardtrend(P<0.05), and the proportion of syringes shared in the last month was 10.61%, also showing a downward trend(P<0.05).The proportion of commercial sex in the last 1 year was 26.06%, and the proportion of condom using in commercial sex in thelast 1 year was 67.04%, presenting a rising trend year by year(P<0.05). The positive rate of HIV antibody was 6.75%, showinga downward trend(P<0.05), the positive rate of HCV was 70.97%, showing an upward trend(P<0.05), and the positive rate ofsyphilis was 2.72%, showing a downward trend(P<0.05).Conclusions The HIV positive rate of drug addicts shows adecreasing trend in Yangjiang City from 2010 to 2015, and the positive rate of hepatitis C is high. It is necessary to continue tostrengthen the prevention and control among the drug addicts.
