摘要
为了研究西北地区在室外自然环境养护下采用自密实混凝土(SCC)加固混凝土构件时早期弹性模量和强度的增长变化规律,文中采用西宁本地原材料配制3种不同强度C20,C30和C40自密实混凝土共6组,3组放在室外自然环境(日平均温度(8±2)°C,湿度20%)下定期浇水养护,3组放养护室标准条件(温度(20±2)°C,湿度95%)下养护,然后测定各强度自密实混凝土在3,7,14,28,56 d龄期时的静弹性模量。结果表明:两种不同的养护条件下的弹性模量和轴心抗压强度均随着龄期具有单调递增的变化规律,最终都趋于稳定。自然环境养护下的SCC弹性模量在前期的增长和标准养护条件下的增长幅度相比小的多,尤其在3 d左右龄期时最为明显。
        Our purpose is to study the change of early elastic modulus and strength growth of using self-compacting concrete to reinforce concrete in natural environment conservation of northwest China. 6 groups of self compacting concrete from local raw materials in Xining with different intensity of C20,C30 and C40 were used. 3 groups were put in natural environment( the average daily temperature( 8 ± 2) °C,humidity larger than 20%) under regular water conservation,and the remaining 3 groups were put under nursing standard conditions( room temperature range( 20 ± 2) ° C,the humidity larger than 95%) under maintenance. The strength of self compacting concrete in the static elastic modulus of 3,7,14,28,56 d were determined. The experimental results show that the elastic modulus and axial compressive strength of the two different curing conditions increases with age monotonically and eventually tend to be stable. The modulus of elasticity of SCC under natural environment maintenance is much smaller than that of standard curing condition,especially at about 3 d age.
