乡村旅游发展的国际经验及启示

摘要
乡村旅游因久居城市的人们对美丽田园景色和美好乡村生活的向往而产生,并随着城市化的推进而不断发展。一些发达国家把乡村旅游作为推动农业产业结构调整、提高农户收入水平和解决农业农村发展困境的主要路径,在土地、金融、投资方面积极扶持,在乡村旅游的资源利用、产业发展、监督管理等方面积累了很多经验。借鉴这些国家发展乡村旅游的经验,我国应创新乡村旅游业态、鼓励乡村旅游投资开发、加强乡村旅游的宣传营销、培育乡村旅游产业带头人、倡导差异化特色化发展、加强农村基础设施和乡村旅游景观建设、注重旅游资源和文化的保护性开发。
Rural tourism has been created by people who have lived in cities for a long time and has been developing with the advancement of urbanization. Some developed countries regard rural tourism as the main path to promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,raise the income level of farmers and solve the dilemma of agricultural and rural development. They actively support land,finance and investment,and have accumulated a lot of experience in resource utilization,industrial development,supervision and management of rural tourism. Drawing on the experience of developing rural tourism in these countries,China should innovate rural tourism,encourage rural tourism investment and development,strengthen rural tourism promotion,foster rural tourism industry leaders,advocate differentiated and distinctive development,strengthen rural infrastructure and rural tourism landscape construction,and pay attention to the protective development of tourism resources and culture.
