养阴润肺合剂联合应用沐舒坦片治疗慢性支气管炎引起咳嗽的疗效对比

摘要
目的分析对比养阴润肺合剂联合应用沐舒坦片治疗慢性支气管炎引起咳嗽的疗效。方法方便选取自2013年11月—2014年10月在该院治疗的106例慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,将患者分组并采用不同给药方式进行治疗,并对治疗后的评价指标内容进行统计分析。结果采用养阴润肺合剂联合应用沐舒坦片治疗的观察组的治疗总有效率达94.44%优于采用沐舒坦片治疗的对照组的88.00%(P<0.05);观察组的平均止咳时间为(3.8±0.7)d显著优于对照组的(5.4±1.2)d(P<0.05);观察组的复发率为1.85%低于对照组的7.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎引起咳嗽采用养阴润肺合剂联合应用沐舒坦片治疗具有显著的治疗效果,不但止咳时间快,并且复发率低,具有较高的药用价值,可在临床应用加以推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of yangyin runfei prescription combined with soak up the comfortable tablets in treatment of cough caused by the chronic bronchitis. Methods Convenient selection 106 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from November 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different administration methods, and the evaluation index content after treatment was counted and analyzed. Results The total treatment effective rate of yangyin runfei prescription combined with soak up the comfortable tablets in the observation group was better than that in the control group(94.44% vs 88.00%)(P<0.05), and the average relieving cough time in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(3.8±0.7)d vs(3.8±0.7)d(P<0.05), and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,(1.85% vs 7.79%),and the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of yangyin runfei prescription combined with soak up the comfortable tablets in treatment of cough caused by the chronic bronchitis is obvious with rapid relieving cough time, low recurrence rate and higher medical value, which can be promoted in clinic.
