摘要
某印刷线路板(PCB)生产企业废水产生量为5328.5 m~3/d,按照"分质分类"原则,将该公司7股废水进行分类处理。工程运行结果表明,7股废水分质分类处理效率高,废水总排放口出水COD_(Cr)、Cu~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、CN~-、NH_3-N、TN、TP分别为17、0.17、0.05、0.001、10.8、17.7、0.885 mg/L,出水水质稳定,优于《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)表2中水污染物浓度限值要求,及《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)表4中一级标准要求。
The output of the wastewater from a printed circuit board manufacturer is 5328.5 m~3/d. According to the classification by quality principle,7 streams of wastewater of the company have been classified and treated. The project operation results show that the efficiency of the treatment process of the 7 streams of wastewater is high. The effluent COD_(Cr),Cu~(2+),Ni~(2+),CN~-,NH_3-N,TN,and TP at the total discharge outlet of wastewater is 17 mg/L,0.17 mg/L,0.05 mg/L,0.001 mg/L,10.8 mg/L,17.7 mg/L,and 0.885 mg/L,respectively. The water quality of the effluent is stable,and better than the requirements for the concentration limit values of water pollutants specified in Table 2 of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutant for Electroplating(GB 21900—2008),and the first-grade standard in Table 4 of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
