现代医学知识对针刺治疗慢性腰痛诊疗思路的影响

摘要
在慢性腰痛的针刺诊疗过程中,运用现代医学知识可以细化诊断,具体表现为结合现代检查技术帮助精准辨病,结合现代解剖学知识帮助精确病位;同时还可以指导确定治疗方案,包括精选局部取穴,精确针刺方向与深度,控制针感舒适性。将现代医学知识运用于针灸临床中有助于选穴及针刺操作,可以更好地指导临床治疗。
In the diagnosis and treatment of chronic low back pain(CLBP) by acupuncture,the modern medicine knowledge could elaborate the diagnosis. We can differentiate the disease more precisely with modern examination techniques,and modern anatomy knowledge could help to locate the disease more accurately. Modern medicine knowledge could also guide the practitioners to determine the therapeutic plans,including selecting local points more precisely,determining the direction and depth of acupuncture more accurately,and controlling needling sensation and comfortability. In acupuncture,modern acupuncture knowledge could contribute to point selection and acupuncture manipulation,thus guiding the clinic practice.
