摘要
针对由多个制造/再制造工厂组成的分布式系统,从网络集成角度考虑各个工厂的核心零部件物料需求计划、主生产计划和产品运输调度问题,构建了基础的协同生产计划模型。并基于不同的折扣策略,通过构建分段折扣率、订购资金和交付数量约束条件,将协同生产计划模型分别拓展到全单位数量折扣和边际数量折扣的情景。结合模型结构特点,在自适应遗传算法中设计了一类启发式规则,最大限度的降低约束违反的程度和出现概率,提升算法求解性能。最后,以一个发动机多工厂协同生产系统为数值算例,对计划模型及其配套求解算法进行验证。
        For the distributed system consisting of multiple manufacturing and remanufacturing factories, this paper constructs a basic model for coordinative production planning, which material requirement planning of core components, master production planning and product transportation scheduling are considered from a networked and integrated perspective. Then, based on the different discount strategies, through establishing piecewise functions of discount rate, constraint conditions of ordering capital and delivering quantity, the model for coordinative production planning is extended to the more complex circumstances of all units quantity discount and marginal quantity discount respectively. According to the characteristics of model structure, a heuristic rule, which can reduce constraint violations in terms of degree and probability, is designed into Self-Adaptive Genetic Algorithm so as to improve solution performance. Finally, a coordinative multi-factory system of automobile engine as a numerical example, the proposed models and matching solution algorithm are proved and get good performance.
