摘要
分布式电源的高渗透率接入加剧了智能配电网的功率和电压波动,多端柔性软开关是一种替代传统馈线联络开关的新型柔性电力电子装置,能够快速、精准地控制潮流分布以实现更大范围内馈线间功率的灵活交换。本文分析了多端柔性软开关的基本原理,建立了多端柔性软开关的数学优化模型。以降低网络损耗、减小电压偏差以及均衡线路负载为目标函数,建立了基于多端柔性软开关的智能配电网运行优化模型,所用方法减小了分布式电源高渗透率引起的配电网功率和电压波动。基于天津北辰示范区实际配电网,分析验证了多端柔性软开关对智能配电网运行优化的提升效果。
        The high penetration of distributed generations(DGs)exacerbates the fluctuations of power and voltage in smart distribution network. As a novel flexible power electronic device,multi-terminal soft open point(SOP)replacesthe traditional interconnection switch of feeders,which can fast and accurately control the power flow distribution to ex-tend the adjustment range of flexible power switch between different feeders. In this paper,a mathematical optimizationmodel of multi-terminal SOP is established after the analysis of the basic principle of multi-terminal SOP. The reductionof network loss and voltage deviation as well as the balance of line loads are set as the objective function,thus an opera-tion and optimization model for smart distribution network is established based on multi-terminal SOP,which reducesthe fluctuations of power and voltage in distribution network due to the high penetration of DGs. These technologies havebeen applied to a pilot project in the Beichen District of Tianjin,which verifies the improvement effect of multi-terminal SOP on the operation and optimization of smart distribution network.
