集中化管理模式下独立日间手术病房运营探析

摘要
日间手术病房是新的诊疗服务模式下派生的一个新型病房,它主要收治日间手术患者,属于住院期短,周转快,"短、平、快"的外科病房。2017年我院组建日间手术病房,经过不断探索运营管理,顺利收治出院日间手术患者1 862例,无一例术后严重并发症,有效缓解了综合医院住院难、患者多、费用高、床位有限等困扰患者和医疗机构的难题。这一新型病房模式迎合当下"十九大健康中国"新理念,是大型医院持续发展新趋势,有着良好社会和经济效益。
The day operation ward is a new type of ward derived from the new diagnosis and treatment service mode. It mainly treats the day operation patients. It belongs to the surgical ward with short hospitalization period, fast turnover and "short, flat and fast". In 2017, our hospital set up a day operation ward. Through continuous exploration of operation and management, 1 862 discharged day operation patients were successfully admitted and treated. No serious complications occurred after operation, which effectively alleviated the difficulties of general hospitals such as difficult hospitalization, large number of patients, high cost, limited beds and so on. This new ward model caters to the new concept of "Nineteenth Healthy China" and is a new trend of sustainable development of large hospitals with good social and economic benefits.
