预制夹心墙体GFRP拉结件抗剪性能试验研究

摘要
拉结件是连接预制混凝土内、外叶墙板与中间保温层的关键构件,其受力性能直接影响夹心墙体使用的安全性和耐久性,对夹心保温外墙板的刚度和承载力均有较大影响。通过对4片GFRP拉结件试件进行抗剪试验,分析其荷载-滑移关系曲线及破坏特征。研究结果表明:GFRP拉结件与内、外叶墙体混凝土间粘结效果较好;破坏形态均为拉结件一端或两端发生剪切破坏,混凝土表面未破坏,保温层段中的纤维被拔出嵌固于一侧混凝土中;单根拉结件的抗剪承载力为14.83kN。
        The tension member is a key component that connects the inner and outer prefabricated concrete wall panels and the middle insulating layer. Its mechanical properties directly affect the safety and durability of the sandwich wall, and the rigidity and bearing capacity of the sandwich insulation outer wall board are both have a greater impact. The shearing test for four GFRP pull-piece test pieces were taken to analyze load-slip relationship and failure mode. The results show that the adhesive effect between GFRP and concrete of inner and outer blade wall is good. The failure modes were that one or both ends of the tensile member were sheared, and the concrete surface was not damaged. The fibers in the insulating layer were pulled out and embedded in one side of the concrete. The shear strength of the single tensile member was 14.83 kN.
