摘要

紧抓"互联网"与"青年"这两个当今经济社会发展最为重要的维度,探索和运用翻转课堂教学模式是增强高职院校党校培训工作实效性的有益尝试。坚持"内容为王"和"思想为王"的评价标准,坚持在线课程等网络信息化技术的工具理性价值,围绕"模块化专题"设计党校培训内容体系是运用好翻转课堂教学模式的根本。同时,还应建立以精品在线课程和党校学生管理干部队伍为中心的保障机制。
        On the basis of grasping the two most important factors of the "Internet" and "youth",exploring and applying the flipped classroom teaching mode is a beneficial attempt to strengthen the effectiveness of party school training in higher vocational colleges.Take "content" and "thought" as evaluation criteria,attaching importance to the rational value of network information technology such as online courses,and designing the content system of party school training around "modular themes" are the fundamental to make good use of the flipped classroom teaching mode.Meanwhile we should establish a guarantee mechanism centering on quality online courses and student management cadre teams in party schools.
