大学生手机依赖与自我控制的关系研究

摘要
通过采用手机依赖量表及自我控制量表对多名大学生施测,探究大学生手机依赖和自我控制的现状以及两者之间的关系.结果显示,除男生在低效性维度上得分显著大于女生外,不同性别、不同专业、年级的大学生在手机依赖四个维度及其总分上没有显著差异.自我控制各维度及总分与手机依赖之间的相关性显著,自我控制当中的五个维度中有四个对手机依赖具有重要影响,其中对大学生手机依赖水平的预测中,冲动控制维度作用最明显.
By using Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale (MPATS) and Self-Control Scale (SCS) to measure a great number of college students,it investigates the relationship between self-control ability and mobile phone dependence of college students.Research shows that the score of male students is significantly higher than that of female students in inefficiency dimension,and there are no significant differences in the four dimensions when it comes to different major,gender and grade. All dimensions and the total score of self-control ability are significantly related to mobile phone dependence. Four of the five dimensions of self-control ability have an important impact on mobile phone dependence,and impulse control has the greatest predictive effect on mobile phone dependence.
