近现代新闻史料库数字化建设刍议

摘要
文章分析了目前我国近现代新闻文献数据库建设的现状,当下新闻史料数据库的主要建设力量源于当代数字化技术公司、部分有实力的出版集团、档案馆及图书馆。当下的新闻数据库主要存在内容局限于报刊库、平台建设不够成熟、重复建设问题突出、知识挖掘能力欠缺等问题。在此基础上,文章提出要建设真正意义上的新闻史料库应当采取的措施:加强各单位资源统筹与整合,确保新闻史料库内容的多元性;完善史料内容标引,建立立体化知识系统;实施知识挖掘,打造智能化服务平台。
This research tries to explore the present situation of Chinese contemporary journalism historical material databases which can be divided into four constructing categories including contemporary digital technology companies, some competitive publishing groups, archives and libraries, and explores the solution to the current problems in the database construction. The problems include the limit in content, immature skills of platform construction, repeated construction and weak ability in knowledge mining. This research also tries to propose some countermeasures concerning the problems in database construction: strengthening the management and integration of relevant organizations to insure the diversity of journalism database; improving content indexing of historical materials to create a three-dimensional system and implementing knowledge mining to build intelligent application service platform.
