半潜式钻井平台内波工况瞬态系泊分析

摘要
采用瞬态时域分析方法研究1座深水半潜式钻井平台内波作用下的耦合动力响应,对原系泊方案的内波流速极限承载能力进行预测,给出了工程改善措施并进行计算验证。结果表明:在内波作用于平台船体阶段,采用瞬态分析方法取得的平台最大水平偏移比采用常规时域方法获得的平台最大偏移大15%左右,而在最大系泊缆绳张力方面,瞬态分析结果比常规时域分析结果大10%左右。当内波流速达到3.5 m/s时,系泊缆绳将接连发生走锚,平台偏移也将迅速增大,但在整个过程中,不会发生系泊缆断裂。为提升系统对内波的承载能力,最有效的方法是调整锚泊布置方向,提升锚基础承载能力将增加系泊缆断裂风险,而降低部分系泊缆绳的预张力对提高系统整体安全性没有明显作用。
        This paper presents the coupled dynamic response of a moored semi-submersible drilling platform under internal wave condition. The transient time domain method is used for analysis and the mooring system loading capacity is identified, some improvement measures are given, the corresponding effects of these measures are verified. The results show that during the process that the internal wave acts on the platform hull, the maximum horizontal offset of the platform from transient method are 15% greater than that from normal time domain analysis, for the maximum line tension, result from transient method are 10% greater than that from normal time domain analysis. Once the velocity of internal wave reaches 3.5 m/s, the platform will drag the anchors successively and deduce large horizontal offsets, but the mooring line will not broken during the whole process. The most effective improvement measure to raise the station keeping capacity of the mooring system is adjusting the layout of mooring lines, Raising carrying capacity of the drag anchors will increase the risk of mooring line rupture, Reducing pretension of partial mooring lines has little effects on improving security of mooring system.
