摘要
研究开发经济上可行、效率较高且适合我国国情的生物质发电系统是我国今后能否高效利用秸秆等生物质资源的关键。国电长源电力股份有限公司研发了10.8MW燃煤电站锅炉秸秆气化再燃系统工业示范项目,该项目采用高速循环流化床生物质气化工艺,用空气将生物质高效气化,将生物质燃气高温送入锅炉与煤粉混烧发电,从而实现生物质高效利用,充分利用燃煤发电机组使生物质气化发电的各类成本降至最低,高温输送简化了燃气净化带来的设备投资、运行成本,也充分利用了高温显热和气态焦油完全燃烧产热,使生物质气化转化热得到了最大化利用,同时也避免了除焦油带来的环境污染。该项目是对中国燃煤与生物质气化耦合发电技术的开创性的探索与实践,意义重大,具有很高的推广利用价值。
        The research and development of biomass power generation system,which is economically feasible,high efficient and suitable for China's national conditions,is the key to the efficient utilization of biomass resources such as straw in the future. Guodian Changyuan Electric Power Co.,Ltd. has developed an industrial demonstration project of 10.8 MW coal-fired power station boiler straw gasification and re-burning system. The project adopts high-speed circulating fluidized bed biomass gasification process,uses air to gasify biomass efficiently,and sends biomass gas to boiler and pulverized coal mixture for power generation at high temperature,so as to realize the efficient utilization of biomass,makes full use of coal-fired generators to minimize the various costs of biomass gasification and power generation,high-temperature transportation simplifies the investment in equipment brought by gas purification,operation costs,and makes full use of high-temperature sensible heat and full combustion of gaseous tar to generate heat. The conversion heat of biomass gasification has been maximized and the environmental pollution caused by tar removal has also been avoided. This project is a pioneering exploration and practice of coal-fired and biomass gasification power generation technology in China. It is of great significance and has a high value of popularization and utilization.
