摘要
疯草是含有苦马豆素的豆科棘豆属和黄芪属有毒植物的统称,家畜过量采食会发生以神经系统机能紊乱为特征的慢性中毒病。疯草的主要毒性成分为吲哚里西啶生物碱苦马豆素,波状芽管蠕孢属内生真菌疯草中普遍存在,该属真菌与疯草中苦马豆素产生、含量及疯草毒性关系密切。文章对疯草中的苦马豆素和波状芽管蠕孢属内生真菌之间的关系进行综述,旨在为动物疯草中毒病的防控提供参考。
        Locoweed is a common name for some poisonous species of Oxytropis spp. and Astragalus spp. that contain swainsonine. Excessively consumed the plants,animals can cause chronic poisoning disease characterized by nervous system dysfunction. The swainsonine( Indolizidine alkaloid) is mainly responsible for the toxicity of locoweed. Undifilum species fungal endophytes can commonly infect locoweeds. The presence of Undifilum endophytes is closely correlated with the concentration or producing of swainsonine in tissus of locoweeds. In this paper,the correlation between swainsonine and Undifilum species fungal endophytes from locoweeds was summarized. The aim of the present paper was to provide reference for preventing and controling animal locoweed poisoning.
