SBAR沟通模式在骨科预防血栓管理中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的分析SBAR沟通模式在骨科预防血栓管理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2018年10月我院收治的100例骨科患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上增加SBAR沟通模式。比较两组患者的血栓预防知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果试验组患者的血栓预防知识掌握情况显著优于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 SBAR沟通模式应用于骨科预防血栓管理中可提高患者的血栓预防知识掌握情况,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of SBAR communication mode in the orthopaedic management of thrombosis prevention. Methods 100 cases of orthopaedic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given SBAR communication mode on the basis of the control group. The master of knowledge of thrombosis prevention and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The master of knowledge of thrombosis prevention of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction degree were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions SBAR communication mode applied in the orthopaedic management of thrombosis prevention can improve patients' master of knowledge of thrombosis prevention, and improve patients' nursing satisfaction degree.
