摘要
对储罐的高度、溢流保护、伴热盘管计算或设计等方面的问题进行探讨。提供储罐各段高度计算的方法或取值范围。介绍溢流保护系统中溢流管和破虹吸管的设置方式,提供用于溢流管直径和破虹吸管内气相介质质量流量的计算公式。分别对储罐常用的伴热型式及伴热介质的特点进行简介,给出储罐向外界散热的总传热系数估算值及某些侵没于储罐储存介质中的伴热盘管总传热系数经验值。介绍伴热盘管设计步骤,指出当伴热盘管过长时,宜采用若干组盘管并联的方式来解决盘管内介质流速和压降过大的问题。伴热盘管不只限于安装在罐底,而且还可在罐体上分层安装,以获得更好的伴热效果。
        This paper discusses the issues of tank height,overflow protection,heat tracing coil calculation or design. It also provides the method or range of values for calculating the height of each section of the tank. The setting method of the overflow pipe and the broken siphon pipe in the overflow protection system is introduced, and the calculation formula for the diameter of the overflow pipe and the mass flow rate of the gas phase medium in the broken siphon pipe is provided. The characteristics of the common heat tracing type and heat tracing medium used in the storage tank are introduced respectively,and the estimated value of total heat transfer coefficient of heat dissipation from the storage tank to the outside and the empirical value of total heat transfer coefficient of heat tracing coils submerged in the storage tank medium are given. This paper introduces the design steps of heat tracing coil,and points out that when the heat tracing coil is too long,it is better to use several sets of coils inparallel to solve the problem of excessive medium flow velocity and pressure drop in the coil. The heat tracing coil is not limited to being installed in the tank bottom,but also can be installed in layers on the tank body to get better heat tracing effect.
