高校生物化学实验教学改革与创新型人才培养的研究

摘要
创新型人才培养对社会转型发展至关重要。目前,我国地方性高校在生物化学实验教学过程中存在教学方法的僵化、考核机制存在的弊端以及科研硬件设施的匮乏等诸多问题,导致高校生物化学实验创新型人才培养难以满足社会发展的需求。本文拟从以学生为中心的实验教学模式入手,并根据创新实验教学方式、探索考核机制改革和优化科研硬件设施三方面,探究高校生物化学实验创新型人才的培养的新思路。
Innovative talents play a key function in the social transformation and development. At present,there are many problems in the teaching process of biochemistry experiments in local colleges and universities in our country,such as the rigidity of teaching methods,the defects of assessment mechanism,and the lack of scientific research hardware facilities,etc.,which lead to the difficulty of cultivating innovative talents in biochemistry experiments in colleges and universities to meet the needs of social development. This paper intends to start with the student-centered experimental teaching mode and explore new ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in biochemical experiments in colleges and universities from three aspects: innovating experimental teaching methods,exploring the reform of assessment mechanism and optimizing scientific research hardware facilities.
