摘要
建立了一种系统的利用扫描电镜能谱法鉴别香烟内衬纸种类的方法,利用扫描电镜能谱法测试了20个品牌90个香烟内衬纸样品的外观形貌和表面元素组成,并且测试了该方法的重现性。研究了利用扫描电镜能谱法鉴别香烟内衬纸分类模型,并将内衬纸加工工艺作为一个判别因素,增加了类别判断的可信度。利用定性和半定量分析方法对金色内衬纸样品进行分析,得出了12个内衬纸分类。利用SPSS统计软件的聚类分析功能实现了对72个金色内衬纸样品的聚类过程,聚类结果和定性半定量分析结果比较吻合。将聚类结果进行处理之后,得出了4个判别分析的类别,利用判别分析功能计算得出了这4个类别的判别函数。
        A method was established by using a scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum(SEM/EDX)to identify cigarette paper types.90 cigarette inner liner samples from 20 brands was tested,and the data of morphology and the surface elements were given.The pattern how to classify the inner liner was systematically studied,and the inner liner processing was taken into account to distinguish groups.Analyzing the samples by qualitative and semi quantitative,all of the samples could be classified into 12 groups.By using SPSS statistical software,clustering analysis and discriminant analysis were carried,and clustering result and discriminant analysis are consistent to qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis results.In addition,4 discriminant function were given by SPSS which could help to tell the classification of the inner liner.
