摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法作为铬元素的测试方法,检测烟用内衬纸原纸生产过程所使用的原料、辅料、助剂等和生产时所接触设备材料中的铬含量并进行排查分析,查找烟用内衬纸原纸产品中铬元素产生的要素并实施控制,使烟用内衬纸原纸产品中铬元素含量同比降低70%以上。
Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to analyze and detect chrome content in inner liner base paper. By analyzing raw materials and other materials contacted with chrome element in paper manufacturing process, the relative factors of chromium element content in inner liner base paper were searched,and controlled further in order to decrease chrome content in inner base paper by more than 70%.
