热膨胀对滚动轴承内部载荷分布的影响

摘要
对热膨胀下轴承内部载荷分布特性展开了研究。建立了向心滚动轴承的静力学平衡分析模型,结合静力平衡方程和热膨胀关系式建立了考虑热膨胀的轴承内部载荷分析模型,并通过Newton-Raphson方法对模型进行求解,分析了不同温升下轴承内部载荷的分布规律。研究表明,当外载荷一定时,热膨胀后轴承内部最大接触载荷增大,负荷区域变小。
        The internal load distribution characteristics of bearings under thermal expansion were studied. This paper established the static equilibrium analysis model of the entad rolling bearing, established the internal load analysis model of the bearing considering thermal expansion by combining the equation of static equilibrium and the thermal expansion relationship, solved the above model by Newton-Raphson method and analyzed the distribution law of internal load of bearing under different temperature rises. Studies have shown that when the external load is constant, the maximum contact load inside the bearing increases after thermal expansion increases and the load area becomes smaller.
