“双一流”学科选考科目制定的现状及建议——基于2019年浙江省高考选考科目的分析

摘要
选考科目改革是目前高考改革的重点,高校对于选考科目范围制定的态度对整个考试科目改革具有先导性、全局性影响,而"双一流"学科选考科目的划定又能为其他院校与学科起到带头作用。以2019年在浙招生的41所一流大学中的269个一流学科为对象,对学科门类内部差异、选考科目内部差异、"双一流"学科与全部学科选考科目制定差异等进行分析可知:高校在划定选考科目范围时通常会考量新生应有的知识能力基础、往年招生热度、人才培养模式等因素。为了促进选考科目改革取得良好效果,教育主管部门应调整选考科目组合方式、增加适当的选考科目范围原因说明;高校应把握好招生自主权,并加强与兄弟院校在同一学科选考科目方面的沟通。
        The reform of elective subjects is the focus of the current college entrance examination reform. The attitude of colleges and universities towards the formulation of the scope of elective subjects has a leading and overall impact on the reform of the whole examination subjects, and the delimitation of "double-first-class" subjects can play a leading role for other colleges and disciplines. In this study, 269 first-class disciplines in 41 first-class universities enrolled in Zhejiang Province in 2019 have been analyzed for the internal differences of disciplines, the internal differences of selected subjects, and the differences between "double-first-class" disciplines and the formulation of selected subjects of all disciplines. Universities usually take the basic knowledge and ability of freshmen, the enthusiasm of enrollment in previous years, and the mode of personnel training into account to decide the scope of subjects for examination. In order to promote the reform of elective subjects and achieve good results, the competent educational authorities should adjust the combination of elective subjects and increase the appropriate explanation of the reasons for the scope of elective subjects. Besides, universities should grasp the autonomy of enrollment, and strengthen communication with associate colleges in the selection of subjects in the same discipline.
