摘要
某型机外翼假件是型号研制中重要部件,假件本体是典型翼盒类构件,由梁、肋、连接板、销轴接头及铰链接头等构成。假件采用装配型架安装,装配的零件种类多,协调部位复杂,采用传统的设计与制造,已无法满足项目进度要求。论文对传统工装设计与制造进行分析,提出以划线钻孔台作为骨架,以标工作为工装定位件,融合两种安装方法的快速设计与制造方案,满足型号研制的要求。
        The outer wing of a certain type of machine is an important part in the model development. The dummy body is a typical wing box type component, which is composed of beams, ribs, connecting plates, pin joints and hinge joints. The dummy parts are installed by the assembly frame, the types of parts are assembled, the coordination parts are complex, and the traditional design and manufacture are used, which can not meet the project progress requirements. This paper analyzes the design and manufacture of traditional tooling, and proposes to use the scribing drill table as the skeleton, the standard work as the tooling positioning piece, and the rapid design and manufacturing scheme of the two installation methods to meet the requirements of model development.
