摘要
通过对武汉市关山社区内部道路公共化的居民意愿进行问卷调查和实地访谈,结果显示居民对于关山社区实行内部道路公共化存在诸多异议,主要为社区车流量增加带来噪音污染,增加安全事故、偷盗事件,降低社区环境质量等。针对这些问题提出建议:在社区范围内设置相应的警示标志;社区内部定期组织社区交通讲座,通过报刊、电视、广播等传媒工具进行宣传,居委会定期组织志愿者在社区范围内维持秩序;政府制定社区内部道路公共化的完善政策,推行试点先行;加强社区警力部署,在交叉路口设置监控,给予社区居民一定的经济补偿。
The results of the questionnaire survey and field interview on the residents' willingness of the public roads in Guanshan community in Wuhan show that there are many objections to the internal road publicization of the residents in Guanshan community,which mainly brings about noise pollution and increased safety accidents,theft,and reduce community environmental quality.Suggestions for these issues:Set up appropriate warning signs within the community; organize community traffic seminars regularly through the media,such as newspapers,television,radio and other media tools.The neighborhood committees regularly organize volunteers to maintain order within the community.The government should improve the policy of the road in community and the implementation of the pilot first; strengthen the deployment of community police,set up monitors at the crossroads,give the community residents a certain amount of economic compensation.
