控制胃静脉曲张出血及消除静脉瘤体的介入治疗

<正>急性胃静脉曲张出血是门脉高压症的重要并发症,大多与食管静脉曲张并存,单独发生的门脉高压性胃静脉曲张仅占5%~120%,但其破裂出血较食管静脉曲张更危急、控制出血更困难[1]。急性胃静脉曲张出血中部分患者就诊时肝功能已属Child C级,无法耐受外科手术。20世纪后期起,由于内镜诊治水平的不断提高及介入治疗学的广泛应用,胃静脉曲张治疗进入一个新的阶段,内镜下胃静脉曲张闭塞治疗、经颈静脉门体分流术(transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt,TIPS)、球囊闭
