摘要
以沈阳综合管廊项目为工程背景,分析综合管廊盾构法施工存在的老城区盾构机始发、盾构机过节点井、锚索施工区、富水地层小半径掘进、盾构和节点井的施工顺序等技术难题,提出盾构分体始发、空推过节点井、锚索处理、小半径掘进、先盾后井等施工技术,为施工的顺利进行提供保障。
The technical problems of shield machine starting,shield machine passing through joint wells,anchor cable construction area,small radius tunneling in water-rich strata,shield tunneling and construction sequence of joint wells existing in shield tunneling with utility tunnel are analyzed by taking Shenyang underground utility tunnel project as engineering background. The construction technology of shield separated start,air pushing through joint wells,anchor cable treatment,small radius excavation and shield followed by well were put forward to guarantee the construction.
