摘要
子宫内膜息肉是引起异常子宫出血的常见妇科疾病,患病率为24%~25%,复发率高,其病因学及分子生物学发病机制尚未明确,目前认为可能与受体表达水平的改变、内膜细胞的增殖/凋亡活性失衡等方面相关。有研究表明子宫内膜息肉患者血清雌激素在正常水平,内膜息肉局部雌激素受体含量增高;在子宫内膜息肉中,由于p63的表达增高,PTEN蛋白表达下降,细胞正常增殖、凋亡失衡,诱发子宫内膜息肉的形成。现就ER、p63、PTEN在子宫内膜息肉发生中可能的作用作一综述。
        Endometrial polyp is a common gynecological diseases causing abnormal uterine bleeding, the morbidity is24% to 25%, and the recurrence rate is high. The etiology and molecular biology pathogenesis remain still unclear.Currently, it is believed that endometrial polyp is associated with changes in receptor expression levels, imbalances of proliferation/apoptotic activity of endometrial cells. Studies show that serum estrogen level in patients with endometrial polyps is normal, but its local estrogen receptor levels increase. The formation of endometrial polyps may be related to increased expression of p63 and decreased expression of PTEN protein expression, which lead to the imbalance of proliferation and apoptosis in normal cells, inducing the formation of endometrial polyps. The possible roles of ER, p63,and PTEN in the development of endometrial polyps are reviewed.
