曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭对血浆BNP的影响与疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆BNP的影响。方法:将150例冠心病心力衰竭患者分成两组,对照组75例实施常规治疗+美托洛尔,治疗组75例患者在对照组治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组冠心病心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗后的血浆BNP水平、LVEDD指标、LVEF指标、治疗优良率优于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组冠心病心力衰竭患者治疗后的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:针对冠心病心力衰竭患者实施曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗疗效明显,安全性高,可改善患者血浆BNP水平。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol in patients with coronary heart failure and its affect on plasma BNP. Methods: 150 patients with CHD heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. 75 patients in the control group received conventional treatment + Metoprolol, and 75 patients in the treatment group were treated with Trimetazidine on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: Plasma BNP level, LVEDD index, LVEF index and excellent and good rate of treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol is effective and safe in the treatment of CHD patients with heart failure, and has a significant effect on improving the level of BNP in patients.
