摘要
为了解决矿井通风在冬季出现的风流反向问题,本文以云冈矿为工程背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟、现场效果分析及检验等方法对并联空气幕对巷道隔断风流的效果进行研究,数值模拟可视化巷道风速及静压分布,循环风流区域无风流,即风速为0,从而证明了空气幕可以阻断风流。现场试验结果表明,双机并联增阻及隔断能力要好于单机幕,局部阻力变化程度随着角度的增大而增大。
In order to solve the problem of reverse flow of mine ventilation in winter, Yungang Mine was taken as the engineering background, and the effect of parallel air curtain on the roadway airflow by theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, field effect analysis and inspection was studied. The numerical simulation visualized the wind speed and static pressure distribution of the roadway. There was no wind flow in the circulating airflow area, the wind speed was 0, which proved that the air curtain can block the wind flow. The field test results showed that the parallel increased resistance and the blocking capacity of the two machines were better than the single machine screen, and the degree of local resistance changed with the increase of the angle.
