某地难选风化混合型铅锌矿浮选试验研究

摘要
对某地含铅0. 88%、锌4. 61%的高风化砂岩混合型铅锌矿进行了原矿性质与浮选试验研究。其中铅矿物以极细粒分布在黄铁矿、闪锌矿和石英间隙中,难以富集回收;采用捕收能力强的KM捕收剂及常规、无毒、对环境污染小的浮选药剂,优化添加方式,经两次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选锌闭路流程分选,获得锌精矿产率8. 26%,品位45. 78%,回收率83. 27%的选矿指标。
        The properties and flotation tests of a mixed lead-zinc ore with high weathering sandstone containing 0. 88% lead and 4. 61% zinc were carried out. Among them,lead minerals are distributed in pyrite,sphalerite and quartz spaces with extremely fine grains,which are difficult to concentrate and recover. The KM collector with strong collecting ability and conventional flotation reagent with no toxicity and little environmental pollution is adopted with optimizing adding way. And with the closed-circuit flow of zinc flotation through two coarse and three precision three scavenging processes,the beneficiation indexes of zinc concentrate yield 8. 26%,grade 45. 78% and recovery rate 83. 27% were obtained.
