摘要
重型机床再制造前首先要评估基础件的可再制造性,利用二级评价指标值及其指标权重值求解出综合评价值来定量表述基础件的可再制造性。文章建立了重型机床基础件可再制造性的二级评价指标体系,介绍了指标值计算的模糊综合评价法和数学公式法,并进行了实例计算。
Before remanufacturing of heavy duty machine tools,the remanufacturing capability of the basic parts should be evaluated first,and then the comprehensive evaluation value can be calculated by using the two grade evaluation index value and its index weight value to quantitatively describe the remanufacturability of the base parts. In this paper,a two level evaluation index system for the remanufacturing of heavy machine tool base parts is established. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and mathematical formula method for calculating the index value are introduced,and the example calculation is carried out.
