急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓治疗的临床效果探究

摘要
目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用溶栓治疗的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院急诊及神经内科门急诊2015年2月—2018年2月收治的52例急性缺血性脑卒中患者进行观察,所有患者在常规治疗基础上均行重组组织性纤溶酶原激活剂溶栓治疗。治疗2周,观察患者总有效率、并发症发生率,治疗前后生活能力(Barthel评分)、神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS评分)、凝血功能改善情况。结果治疗后,总有效率为96.15%,并发症发生率为11.54%,且患者的凝血功能改善情况、Barthel评分评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者在常规治疗基础上尽快行重组组织性纤溶酶原激活剂溶栓治疗能有效改善患者神经功能,改善血液循环,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 52 patients with acute ischemic stroke who underwent emergency and neurological emergency in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were convenient enrolled. All patients underwent recombinant tissue plasminogen activation thrombolytic therapy on routine basis. After 2 weeks of treatment, the patient's total effective rate, complication rate,life ability before and after treatment(Barthel score), neurological deficit scale(NIHSS score), and improvement of coagulation function were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.15%, and the complication rate was11.54%. The patients' coagulation function improvement and Barthel score were better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); NIHSS after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, and it was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator as soon as possible on the basis of conventional treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve neurological function, improve blood circulation, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
