二次再热机组再热汽温控制方案研究

摘要
再热汽温是锅炉安全、经济运行的重要参数之一,而二次再热机组锅炉增加了一级二次再热循环,再热汽温的调节更加复杂。简单比较了几种不同的二次再热机组再热汽温控制方案,并以某超超临界二次再热机组为例介绍了尾部三烟道平行烟气挡板调节为主、引射烟气再循环调节为备用、并辅以事故喷水的再热汽温控制方案,以期对后续同炉型二次再热机组的再热汽温控制设计起到示范作用。
        Reheat steam temperature is one of the important parameters in safe and economic boiler operation. Double reheat unit with a secondary boiler reheat cycle, leads to a more sophisticated reheat steam temperature regulation method. This paper makes a simple comparison of several different schemes in the secondary reheat steam temperature regulation. An example of double reheat ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant is introduced. The reheat steam temperature regulation scheme of this unit mainly adopts the three parallel rear flue gas damper regulation with a back-up ejected flue gas recycling regulation and accidental spray water. With a view to the subsequent reheat steam temperature control method with similar double reheat furnace, this paper can be provided as a supported document.
