摘要
文章主要介绍蓄热罐装置简单系统组成,以及其在热电联产的应用方式,热电解耦对新能源和电网安全运行的影响。结果表明:(1)若腰荷时段的最大蓄热量大于负荷低谷时段的最大调峰补偿供热需求,则运行时尽可能在腰荷时段多蓄热,然后优先满足低谷时段的调峰热需求;多余的蓄热量,再补偿给尖峰时段,以降低尖峰时段汽轮机的供热功率,提高凝汽发电比例,从而增大尖峰时段的电功率。(2)若腰荷时段的最大蓄热量低于负荷低谷时段的最大调峰补偿供热需求,则在运行时腰荷、峰荷时段同时进行蓄热(先在腰荷时段尽可能多地蓄热,不足部分再在峰荷时段进行蓄热),尽可能满足低谷时段调峰补偿供热的需求,从而获得最大的调峰增量。(3)在现有热负荷水平下,配置蓄热可使两类机组的调峰容量得到大幅度调高,从而为弃风电力提供大量的上网空间,提高电网的风电消纳水平。主要内容结合项目实际、创新技术、地域文化,充分挖掘、研究、策划项目特色。
        This paper mainly introduces the simple system composition of the heat-storage tank,its application mode in cogeneration, and the influence of thermal electrolysis coupling on the new energy and the safe operation of the power grid. The results show that: if the maximum heat storage during the mediate load period is greater than the maximum peak-shaving compensation demand during the low load period,then storage heat as much as possible during the operation period,and then firstly meet the peak-shaving heat demand during the low load period;excess heat storage shall then compensate for the peak period,in order to reduce the heating power of the steam turbine during the peak period,and increase the ratio of condensing steam generation,and thus increase electric power in peak period.if the maximum heat storage during the mediate load period is lower than the maximum peak-shaving compensation demand during the low load period,then storage heat in the mediate load period and peak load period at the same time during operation(first,storage heat as much as possible in mediate load period,and then in peak load period if there has deficiency),so as to meet the demand of compensation heating supply in the peak-shaving mediate load period,thus the maximum peak shaving increment can be obtained. Under the existing heat load level,the peak shaving capacity of the two types of units can be greatly increased by the configuration of heat storage,thus providing a large amount of net space for abandoned wind power and improving the wind power dissipation level of the power grid. The main content combines the project practice,innovation technology,regional culture,and it fully excavates,studies and plan project characteristics.
