摘要
本研究对生活垃圾焚烧炉渣的基本特性进行了研究,包括成分组成、物理性质和化学性质等,在此基础上,对炉渣生产集料的集料特性进行了全面研究,包括粒径组成、吸水率、压碎值、表观密度、坚固性等。研究表明,生活垃圾焚烧炉渣集料的物理及力学特性与天然集料类似,部分差异指标,如吸水率、压碎值等,可通过一定的技术手段对其进行处理以满足道路工程建设的集料相关指标要求,可以用于道路工程集料。
In this study,the basic characteristics of domestic waste incinerator slag were studied,including composition,physical properties and chemical properties.On this basis,the aggregate characteristics of incineration residue were comprehensively studied,including size com position and water absorption,crushing value,apparent density,firmness,etc.Studies have shown that the physical and mechanical proper ties of incineration residue are similar to those of natural aggregates.Some differential indicators,such as water absorption and crushing val ues,can be treated by certain technical means to meet the demand of road engineering construction.As a result.it can be used as road engineer ing aggregates.
