农村电商发展问题研究——基于盐城市第三次农业普查资料

摘要
在不同历史阶段,农村经济发展呈现不同特点,有时代的原因,也有各地经济社会发展的差异。在精准绘制盐城乡村振兴,产业兴旺的农村发展道路上,根据"产业兴旺"的指导要求,分析作为农业大市的盐城,当下发展农村电子商务是实现产业兴、农民富的必然选择,通过对盐城市农村电子商务发展的SWTO分析,并结合已经成功的农村电商发展案例,指出盐城农村电子发展应该在完善扶持政策、培育错层式农村电商发展格局打造特色农产品品牌、推动示范创建与园区建设,带动农村电商集群发展和培训农村经济新业态上着手。
In different historical stages,rural economic development presents different characteristics,with the reasons of the times,and also with the differences of economic and social development in different parts of the country.On the road of rural development for the revitalization of urban and rural villages in Yancheng,as a big agricultural city,the development of rural e-commerce is the inevitable choice to realize the prosperity of industry and the prosperity of farmers.Through SWTO analysis of rural e-commerce development in Yancheng and combined with the successful cases of rural e-commerce development,this paper points out that the rural e-commerce development in Yancheng should improve supporting policies,cultivate staggered rural e-commerce development pattern,create distinctive agricultural products brands,promote demonstration creation and park construction,so as to promote the development of rural e-commerce clusters and train new rural economic formats.
