农业信息化与农业现代化融合发展研究

摘要
【目的/意义】在中国现阶段农业发展的背景下,本文通过梳理农业信息化与农业现代化的相互联系,分析二者融合发展的必要性。【方法/过程】构建农业信息化和农业现代化的指标体系,利用复合系统协调度模型研究评价了全国及主要区域农业信息化与农业现代化的融合度,并对融合度进行了探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)。【结果/结论】近五年来全国、东部和西部地区的融合度属于中低水平,中部和东北地区处于中度水平,同时中西部地区在近五年来农业发展状况得到明显改善。最后,结合各区域的不同情况,分别提出促进二者融合发展的建议,包括加强区域协作,加大地方农业财政支出,强化信息基础设施建设,发挥纽带连接作用以及实现带头示范效应。
【Purpose/significance】By combing the interrelation between agricultural informatization and modernization,the necessity of the integration is analyzed.【Method/process】The degree of integration of agricultural informatization and agricultural modernization in the country and major regions is evaluated, and exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA) is conducted on the degree of integration.【Result/conclusion】The results show that in the past five years, the degree of integration in the east and west has been at a low level, but in the center and northeast are at a moderate level, the informatization levels of east and northeast are higher. Finally, this paper proposes proposals including strengthening regional cooperation and so on.
